E0 = -0:83 V 2H2O + 2e3>2OH- + H2 E0 = -0:83V 2H2O + 2e3>2OH- + H2 E0 = -0: (8) When the battery is drained, two different total chemical processes may be formed, as indicated below [Eqs. (9) and (10)]: E = 3.11V Na(s) + 1/2H2O(l) + 1/4O2(g)->NaOH(aq) (9) E = 1.88V Na(s) + H2O(l)->NaOH(aq) + 1/2H2(g) (10) Figure 4. Model seawater battery-operated Lantern The carbon2seawater complete cell has a discharge capacity of 115 mAh g-1 at 0.1 mA cm-2 and an average voltage of 2.1 V. The full-initial cell's cycle exhibited a Coulombic efficiency of 69 percent. The sodium ions originally gathered from seawater are consumed to produce a stable SEI layer on the surface of the hard carbon negative electrode, resulting in a 31 percent irreversible capacity. The measured voltage gradients of 2.523.5 V after the development of the SEI matched to sodium ion intercalation into the hard carbon structure. Furthermore, due to the constant supply of O2 by flowing saltwater, the discharge voltage was maintained throughout the cycling process. After the first cycle, the full- Coulombic cell's efficiency increased, and excellent capacity retention was achieved (Figures 5.). The solid electrolyte in the seawater battery[5],[6], [7] system must be highly stable in the presence of water, and this solid electrolyte demonstrated good chemical stability during 40 cycles in contact with seawater. Further study is planned to analyze its long-term stability in saltwater and its impacts on electro-chemical performance, since its long-term stability in water is a concern. 8171PDF Image | Electric lantern using sea water

Product and Development Focus for Infinity Turbine
ORC Waste Heat Turbine and ORC System Build Plans: All turbine plans are $10,000 each. This allows you to build a system and then consider licensing for production after you have completed and tested a unit.Redox Flow Battery Technology: With the advent of the new USA tax credits for producing and selling batteries ($35/kW) we are focussing on a simple flow battery using shipping containers as the modular electrolyte storage units with tax credits up to $140,000 per system. Our main focus is on the salt battery. This battery can be used for both thermal and electrical storage applications. We call it the Cogeneration Battery or Cogen Battery. One project is converting salt (brine) based water conditioners to simultaneously produce power. In addition, there are many opportunities to extract Lithium from brine (salt lakes, groundwater, and producer water).Salt water or brine are huge sources for lithium. Most of the worlds lithium is acquired from a brine source. It's even in seawater in a low concentration. Brine is also a byproduct of huge powerplants, which can now use that as an electrolyte and a huge flow battery (which allows storage at the source). We welcome any business and equipment inquiries, as well as licensing our turbines for manufacturing.
