The graphene exfoliation efficiency of EggPC was investigated using AFM analysis. Figure 6.10 shows representative AFM height and phase image of G/EggPC on mica. Statistical analysis over 60 flakes indicated the πΏπ΄πΉπ was 350 Β± 150 nm, and the exfoliation yield of π1βππ ~17 % and π1β5βππ > 92 % with γπγ as 5.3 Β± 2.1. Representative Raman spectra of G/EggPC (Figure 6.10g and Appendix 9.4) showed typical Raman bands: G band, 2D band and D band.
