Budget is structured to limit the PSC’s investment in steps & as “proof of concept” thus allowing flexibility to the PSC as follows: Maryland Governor, Senators & Congressman along with EPA, USDA et.al. VIPs would be invited for demo day(s).Upon successful site 1&2 demonstrations, the PSC determines what additional funding they would provide in addition to VC/TEDCO & private funding combinations to build the first Maryland GREEC plant providing 100% biofuel (HHO), organic fertilizer and reactor waste heat ORC electric generation sold to the grid. The 1st Maryland GREEC plant is designed to be “modular” being initially one reactor which requires less capital to produce HHO, organic fertilizer, geo & solar thermal / reactor waste heat / ORC electric generation back to the grid and creates much needed JOBS. Target plant capacity is 1 thousand daily tons of both virgin chips & chicken litter. Approach would be 1 – 100T reactor at a time using profits from 1st reactor to finance additional 9 reactors. Each 100T reactor currently projected to produce 2-4 Mw electricity – this number will be updated -likely increased- upon site 1 engineering research completion. Eventual target goal for Maryland is 10 plant locations with 1000T daily capacity. Research / engineering completion of site 1, determines reactor & plant cost(s). GREEC prefers supplying accurate cost estimates at site 1 completion rather than projecting inflated numbers. Manufacture (residential systems) of integral geo/solar thermal HVAC hot water ORC power generation systems would be through GREEC partnering existing manufacturing firms. This allows immediate availability of systems to BGE et.al. residential customers without additional capitalization. GREEC approach eliminates 3 point source contaminates – litter, fertilizer (as fossil fertilizer is replced with GREEC organic fertilizer) and “atmospheric carbon fallout” (from burning fossil fuel esp HHO)- GREEC 100% biofuel(s) are carbon neutral (burning fossil fuel creates HAB –harmful algae blooms which also feed on nutrients – in the Bay / everywhere.PDF Image | The Green Renewable Earth Energy Corporation
