Mantenimiento de un sistema retributivo que proporcione tasas de rentabilidad razonables a la inversión privada, con el mismo régimen económico de aplicación para los parques eólicos nuevos y los procedentes de la repotenciación de parques existentes. 3. Hipótesis de repotenciación: o Desmantelamiento y posterior repotenciación anual del 10 % de los parques eólicos con más de 15 años de vida útil, así como de la totalidad de aquellos que alcancen los 20 años de servicio sin haberse repotenciado previamente. o Incremento de potencia medio del 20%, y ganancia en producción neta media de 400 horas equivalentes. o El desmantelamiento y la repotenciación se producen durante el mismo año (9 meses de ejecución, y sin producción). Tanto la evolución real de la nueva potencia eólica asociada a nuevos parques, como el desarrollo de la repotenciación en España, dependerá de multitud de factores, entre los que serán claves tanto la eficacia de las propuestas planteadas en este plan para dotar de un tratamiento administrativo ágil a la repotenciación de parques eólicos, como también lo atractivo que resulte el nuevo sistema retributivo, pues si éste presentara expectativas de ingresos muy inferiores a las del parque sin repotenciar, los promotores podrían plantearse mantener el servicio del parque “antiguo” hasta el límite técnico del mismo que se establezca. Previsiones de potencia eólica terrestre anual en España, horizonte 2020 Desde mediados de la próxima década se espera que la repotenciación de los parques eólicos suponga una aportación muy significativa a la potencia eólica anual instalada en España. El parque tecnológico español es relativamente joven, pues el 99% de la potencia eólica en servicio se puso en marcha en los últimos 15 años (a finales de 1996 había únicamente unos 200 MW en servicio, frente a los aproximadamente 19.200 MW a finales de 2009), mientras que su vida útil media ronda los 20 años.
