Palancas de reducción de coste en los parques eólicos en tierra Fuente: BCG Eólica marina Para los parques eólicos marinos en España en el horizonte 2020 se han considerado localizaciones de profundidad no superior a 50 metros, utilizando anclaje submarino mediante monopilotaje (hasta aprox. 30 m) y soluciones del tipo trípode y tripilotaje. Estas configuraciones se contemplan como las únicas soluciones viables tecnológicas a corto y medio plazo, especialmente el monopilotaje. En este caso, el rango de costes de inversión se sitúa entre 1,8 y 3,9 M€2010/MW para instalaciones de 150 MWel. Las dos palancas clave que determinan el coste de una instalación eólica marina de profundidad inferior a ~50 metros son la distancia a la costa y la potencia total de la instalación. La distancia a la costa determina el coste de compra e instalación del cable submarino, que se estima entre 3 y 3,5 M€2010/km para una potencia de hasta 400 MW. El coste de operación se calcula en ~110.000 €2010 / MW40. El factor de capacidad medio para parques puestos en marcha en 2010 se ha estimado en ~3.300 horas anuales equivalentes de acuerdo con datos públicos de parques eólicos marinos operativos en Europa. El valor tomado como referencia tiene en cuenta la mayor frecuencia, intensidad y laminaridad del recurso eólico marino así como la menor disponibilidad técnica de estas instalaciones, situada actualmente entre 80 y 90% frente al 98% de los parques eólicos en tierra. 40 Este coste se compone de ~42.000 €2010/MW de mantenimiento de los aerogeneradores, de 1.700 €2010/MW de mantenimiento de la instalación eléctrica, de unos seguros anuales equivalentes a ~1,5% de la inversión (~42.000 €2010/MW), de un coste de alquiler de un barco situado en ~18.000 €2010/MW y de unos costes adicionales de gestión y administración de 6.000 €2010/MW. 266PDF Image | PLAN DE ENERGIAS RENOVABLES
