Hipótesis de desarrollo del entorno y tecnológicas para la evolución de costes de generación esperada Para alcanzar la evolución de costes propuesta, se requiere el cumplimiento de una serie de hipótesis de trabajo, que se enumeran a continuación: Inversión en I+D por parte de empresas y entidades públicas durante el periodo 2010-2015 que permita alcanzar con éxito un modelo comercialmente viable. Dicha inversión se debe realizar no sólo en España sino en otros países para asegurar masa crítica. Despliegue de nueva capacidad de generación marina que impulse la curva de experiencia - Hasta 2015 no se desarrollan modelos comerciales. - Entre 2015 y2020, la potencial mundial instalada pasa de 261 MW a 3.600 MW. - Despegue de las tecnologías del mar alcanzando los 54.000 MW en 2030.
