Para evaluar los rendimientos y potenciales de producción de cultivos oleaginosos se ha partido de la información recogida en el Anuario de Estadística del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Medio Rural y Marino para los años 2004, 2005 y 2006 (últimos tres años con datos completos). De esa información se concluye que: Las plantas oleaginosas cultivadas en España en cantidades significativas son: algodón, lino, cáñamo, cacahuete, girasol, cártamo, soja y colza. En los tres años citados la suma de las superficies correspondientes a algodón, girasol, soja y colza representa casi el total de la dedicada a oleaginosas. En esos tres años la suma de las producciones correspondientes a los mismos cuatro cultivos representa casi el total de la de oleaginosas. BtL tep BD tep 114
