Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se obtiene la producción potencial de cereales en España, reflejada en la siguiente gráfica en la que se señalan también las aplicaciones posibles: Figura 4.1.10. Por ello, la producción nacional seguirá siendo insuficiente para cubrir la demanda de estos sectores y otras aplicaciones como la fabricación de etanol. En consecuencia, como sucede ya en la actualidad, será necesaria la importación de cereales con el fin de satisfacer la demanda existente. Dada la pequeña cuantía prevista para la producción de bioetanol 2G, no se considera que la obtención de la materia prima necesaria para fabricarlo presente dificultades. Se estima, por tanto, que el potencial de abastecimiento de dicha materia prima no es un factor limitante en la introducción del bioetanol 2G. 2. POTENCIAL DE CONSUMO Producción Alim.
