También la demanda de energía final muestra el efecto coyuntural de la crisis, apreciándose, a partir de 2010, un repunte moderado derivado del efecto inducido de las medidas de eficiencia implantadas hasta 2009 en el marco del Plan de Acción de Ahorro y Eficiencia 2008-2012, véase la figura 3.3.4. La tasa de incremento anual para el consumo de energía final (considerando los usos no energéticos) en esta década es de un 1,91%. Figura 3.3.4. El mayor peso de estas energías en la cobertura de los consumos energéticos finales, junto con el gas natural que estabiliza su contribución, inducirán una menor participación de los consumos petrolíferos en la demanda de energía final, con una recesión en torno a los 8 puntos porcentuales. El carbón, por su parte, mantendrá prácticamente su presencia, al estar sus consumos asociados exclusivamente a determinados procesos industriales como el siderúrgico. Figura 3.3.5.
