Plan de Energías Renovables 2011- 2020. En el escenario bajo se produce relajamiento general de los objetivos de restricción de las emisiones de CO2. En este escenario se han estimado unos costes de CO2 en línea con el nivel de precios del mercado de CO2 existentes en marzo de 2010 y que estaban en torno a 15 €/Tm CO2. Adicionalmente a estos tres escenarios, el precio del CO2 podría incluso ser "0" de encontrarnos en un entorno en que se abandonaran las políticas de reducción de emisiones de CO2. En cualquier caso, no se ha considerado esta hipótesis. La siguiente gráfica muestra la evolución esperada del precio del CO2 en los tres escenarios descritos: Figura 3.2.8.
