Also arbeitete er sich in die Materie ein und entwickelte ein An- lagenkonzept für seinen eigenen Hof. Dies fand so viel Anklang, dass Hergen Wessels mit sei- nem Sohn Timo eine Gruppe von Unterneh- men gründete, die Anlagen entwickeln, betrei- ben und betreuen. Mittlerweile haben sie in den unterschiedlichen Bereichen fast 80 Ange- stellte. Die erste TW-Biogasanlage wurde 2008 bei Landwirt Timo Wessels erstellt.
