Two stages of developed were defined: (1) the installation of a backpressure plant of 4-10-MWe for the Laguna Colorada LOCATION In the Cordillera Occidental in the southwestern corner of the Potosí department near the border with Chile; 340 km south of the city of Uyuni; 200 km south of Empexa; and east of the Tatio geothermal field located in Chile. At 67o40'W, 22o30'S; altitude ranges from 4300 to over 5000 masl.
