DIVISION 465 REACH CODE 918-465-0010 Reasonable Notice to Interested Parties Prior to the adoption, amendment or repeal of any rule, relating to the Oregon Reach Code, the Building Codes Division shall provide notice of the proposed adoption, amendment or repeal: (1) In the Secretary of State’s Oregon Bulletin referenced in ORS 183.360, at least 21 days prior to the effective date of the proposed adoption, amendment or repeal; and (2) By making the notice available to persons as established under ORS 183.335(8).
