FMGC produces a part of its electricity via a module ORC and develops mobile hybrid solutions wind energy / solar energy. The company has ISO certifications 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as a QSE approach. Our solutions of ballasting are conceived to counterbalance the action of an opposite strength or to moderate its action. We find some, for example, in shipbuilding: the counterweight is then the skittle of the boat and counterbalance the roll. We also find them in numerous machines of construction or handling: shovels, excavators, mobile cranes... the counterweight is then settled to prevent the machine from falling over under the influence of the load which it treats. But especially, they serve as anchoring for all the renewable energies applications, in onshore as well as offshore, wind turbines, water power, to wave-induced motion. Finally, materials used in the manufacturing of counterweight in cast iron arise in the sector of recycling of materials; the counterweight is then a valuation for these materials and is 100 % recyclable. FMGC, due to its expertise, is capable of supplying a whole range of solutions of ballasting with cast iron, from the smallest to the biggest one going to 20 tons, and of creating complete assembly able to ballast your installations of several thousand tons, and always with an upper level of finishing and quality. We have means of production and handling adapted to the heavy loads and of big dimensions and a workshop of three-dimensional control.
