Mechani- cal cleaving (exfoliation) [4], chemical synthesis [30], chemical exfoliation [31] [32], epitaxial growth [33], and thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) [34] methods have been extensively studied. Other methods including electrochemi- cal exfoliation [35], microwave synthesis [36], and unzipping of CNT [37] [38] [39] have been reported. Generally, graphene synthesis methods for large scale production, including single layer graphene (SLG), bilayer graphene, and few layer graphene (FLG) can be broadly classified into two types: 1) top-down process, and 2) bottom-up process.
